Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Aroh360 platform, websites, applications, and related services (collectively, the "Services") provided by RV Accounting ("Aroh360," "we," "us," or "our").

By creating an account, accessing, or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Services. The Services are intended for business use.

You may not use the Services if you are barred under applicable law or if we have previously suspended or terminated your account for violation of these Terms.

You must provide accurate registration information and keep it current. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for safeguarding your credentials.

Organization owners and administrators are responsible for managing team access, permissions, and compliance with these Terms within their workspace.

Notify us promptly at support@aroh360.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

Some features require a paid subscription. Pricing, plan limits, and billing cycles are presented at signup or in your account settings.

Free trials, where offered, convert to paid plans unless canceled before the trial ends. You authorize us and our payment processors to charge applicable fees.

Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated in your order. We may change pricing with reasonable notice for future billing periods.

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes.
• Upload malware, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with platform security or performance.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or resell the Services except as expressly permitted.
• Infringe intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of third parties.
• Send spam or unsolicited communications using the platform.
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation, or abuse referral or promotional programs.

You retain ownership of content and data you submit to the Services ("Customer Data"). You grant Aroh360 a limited license to host, process, and display Customer Data solely to provide and improve the Services.

You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of Customer Data and for obtaining any required consents from your clients, employees, or other individuals whose data you store in the platform.

Our Privacy Policy describes how we handle personal information.

The Services may integrate with or link to third-party products. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Aroh360 is not responsible for third-party services you choose to enable.

Aroh360 and its licensors own the Services, software, branding, documentation, and all related intellectual property, except for Customer Data you provide.

Subject to these Terms and your subscription, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the Services for your internal business purposes.

Each party may receive confidential information from the other. You agree to protect our confidential information and use it only as needed to use the Services. We will protect Customer Data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable agreements.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AROH360 DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Aroh360 does not provide legal, tax, accounting, or professional advice. You are solely responsible for decisions made using the Services.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AROH360 AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO AROH360 FOR THE SERVICES IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (USD $100) IF YOU HAVE NOT PAID FEES.

You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Aroh360 from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Services, Customer Data, violation of these Terms, or violation of applicable law or third-party rights.

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk or legal exposure, or if required by law.

Upon termination, your right to access the Services ends. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory local law applies.

Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, unless applicable law requires otherwise. You consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

We may modify these Terms from time to time. We will post updated Terms on this page and update the effective date. Material changes may be communicated by email or in-product notice.

Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
